Beyond surgery
An ATLS Instructor and active researcher with publications in BJJ, SPINE and Journal of Experimental Orthopaedics. A former British Athletics javelin international and university 1st XI cricketer — sport remains central to how he thinks about recovery.
He was coached by former world record holder Fatima Whitbread and competed against the legendary Jan Železný, the current world record holder, in the javelin in South Africa.
Nader still keeps himself fit by cycling over 100km per week. He has a huge passion for golf and plays regularly at his local course, Warrington Golf Club. He has two young children whom he adores.
